Claims for damaged merchandise and shortages must be reported immediately to www.sss-steel.com, a subsidiary of Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. and the freight carrier if applicable. Please contact www.sss-steel.com, a subsidiary of Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. for assistance on freight claims. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge and must be approved by a representative www.sss-steel.com, a subsidiary of Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. within 30 days of purchase. A Returned Goods Authorization Number must be obtained prior to return of goods. Special order merchandise is not returnable. Defective products under manufacturer's warranty will be repaired or replaced at our option. Certain electronic products are not returnable.
